Recently, Guangdong Shan’an Technology successfully completed an inspection test using our X-ray Inspection System for a customer’s aluminum-foil packaged food products. The results demonstrated clear advantages in accuracy, stability, and adaptability.
The customer produces snack items sealed in aluminum foil film. Due to the packaging material, their existing metal detector could not identify contaminants such as stainless steel, iron, or non-metallic foreign bodies. To ensure production safety, they required a detection solution that works regardless of packaging type.
During the test, samples were placed directly onto the conveyor without any special preparation. The Shan’an X-ray system automatically analyzed internal structures of each package and detected multiple types of contaminants, including:
